Hi I love this blue green file but I can't open it. What program do I use? I've tried PSP and infraview.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, You need a program to unzip the files, so I use Alzip (which is a free handy easy tool) or winzip is another you can use.
after you have unzipped them you can use them how you please, they are PNG format, I use PSP but they should open with anything.
