Well I'm not too great today, I have just discovered my best mate who is in prison wont be released till October! he was supposed to be released in June!
But I am adamant it is not going to get me down too much!!! If I ever needed a laugh, today is the day!
I have just got to grin & bear it :)
Anyways Thank you to you all for downloading my lil creations & for subscribing to my blog, I am sooo glad I decided to give this a shot, without my blog & my groups & the friends I made there I would still be stuck in that big ditch I was in not so long ago, & trust me it was a dark horrible place to be & I don't want to go back there, not now not ever. So thank you for giving me the strength to carry on! I really really appreciate it more than any of you could ever know!

800X800_Dark Papers

Good afternoon all :-))))

I expect you all think I'm in a dark place at the moment what with the papers, But I am sooooo not!!! LOL

In fact I am quiet happy still!!!!

This week is gonna be a paper week for me! last night I created some fab papers to share, which is good because I wanna try & concentrate on making another kit!!! Oh & these cards I have got to get made!! August is a pretty busy month for me card wise! I can't actually believe we are in August nearly already!! Never mind! Inserts02 ~ Freebie

Hi all!

So so sorry for not getting this out yesterday, I could bore you with the details of why I didn't get it out but I wont bother, it ain't very interesting....believe me!!

Well its just started raining here :( not gonna get me washing dried now!! Ah well!!

Well yesterday I lost my 'Mojo' as it were, I blamed the sun for taking it away from me, & I was struggling with what I could do for today's freebie, so this is one for all you fellow card makers out there, Some inserts!!!

They fit an A4 sized sheet folded in half, I don't know if I have named them right, I called them A5 inserts but I ain't got a clue when it comes to paper sizes so just remember they fit an A4 sheet in half!!! & you should be okay. LOL

An apology!

Hi everyone!
Sorry I have not been on since Thursday, I have been busy, with life things. spent the entire day yesterday doing something, only for that something to be wrong!!
Oh well!!!
But I have decided while things are hectic at the moment, to just do my freebies from Monday to Thursday, as on Friday's well every 2 weeks I have to sign on at 3:20pm so that messes with my day for a Friday! & when I'm not signing normally I'm frantically running around trying to get the cleaning done!!!
So I decided to take from Friday's to Mondays off, & give ya freebies during the week!! how does that sound?? Okay I hope :)
They say bad things happen in 3's, well I hope this is the end of my illnesses etc now, abscess first, bad bad period pains next then over the weekend, I have a cyst in my ear that decided to give me jip but hopefully everything is gone now, & I wont be ill again for awhile!!!
Again I can hope can't I?!

Purple_Swirls Kit

Hey everyone :)

Well yesterday I was playing in PSP & I began to create a second scrap kit, it took me all afternoon/evening to make in between my moments of complete agony, yesterday morning I went to the doctors & got some antibiotics & painkillers for my ever-so annoying abscess, which BTW still hasn't improved, its the worse abscess I have had that I can remember!!!

From Monday to Wednesday I slept a astonishing 27 hours, that's not including Wednesday night! 27 hours & you'd of thought I wouldn't of needed to sleep again after that, but I have today for instance I have had a crap sleep last night was up at 5AM (when the painkillers wore off) took some more went back to bed was up at 10:30am, back in bed before midday, up at 2:30pm & touch wood I have not been back to sleep yet!!!

I have got to try & find something nice & soft to eat I am so starving, I had a tiny bit of strawberry trifle what we had for pudding last night, for breakfast, & a toffee crisp cookie when I got up this afternoon, so now I need something filling so I don't have to eat till tomorrow, & hopefully by then my face ache would of subsided & the swelling gone down somewhat!!! ~ One can hope can't they?! :p

So I was speaking well typing to Vanessa over at Butterfly Hollow Designs the other day & I mentioned to her that I was finding it hard to do a second kit because I couldn't stick to either a colour scheme or a theme, & she told me what her method was for the colour scheme of things & so Thanks Vanessa I pinched your idea & created this kit, Vanessa said she uses art, & posters & uses the colours from a poster or a piece of Art, so I had some graphics on my pooter & was looking thru them with what Vanessa said in mind, & came across one or two & thought yep okay lets give this a shot, lets see if I can make something here.

So I started with the papers as usual & went a little OTT as usual, LOL & initially it was just going to be a paper pack, but then my little mind wandered & my mouse began getting creative in PSP & before I knew it I had created a set of elements!!

The papers behind the elements are not the same as the paper pack, they are the original colours I used at the beginning when starting to make the papers, before I started adding effects. Just to show you the 2 colours I started with, & created the kits with!!

OMG!!!
I don't believe my toothache is turning into an abscess, & a painful one at that.
Give me the headache's back please?? I can manage ish when my head is banging, but I cant cope too well when it hurts to talk, (i know i could just stop talking!!), & you've got a temperature on one side of your face. & Sleeping is just out of the question, Like last night.....It couldn't of come at a worse time I tell ya! Today & tonight I was supposed to be doing the final draft of some Thank you cards for my brother's friend who had a baby recently, & last night when I told my brother I would of done the final draft by tonight when he comes home from work in a lil' while so he can let me know if I should make the cards, or what....& I haven't done anything, LOL I have been customizing my blog :p & adding to my blog, clearing a shed load of emails I just been landed with, but I ain't done these cards :(
But hopefully he will understand, he recently suffered a abscess so knows my pain. I hope!!
LOL
I should go & stop ranting on, sorry, but it hurts.
& might I add it hurts that my B****y best friend who is still in prison hasn't rang since forever, he was supposed to of been released on 27th June, but the prison B*****d Up with his release dates twice, the admitted they got it wrong, apologised & told my friend he would be coming home on the 27th then told him nope they got it wrong again & would be a couple/few more months before he was released!!
Talk about incompetent, & I didn't think you could get much worse than the Dole & the Tax office (here near where I live, not everywhere just here), but they sure are a close second!!!
Sorry again, but I miss my best mate, & was really looking forward to him coming home, only for it to not happen, honestly sending him down was bad enough, then he came home for the weekend at the end of May, then he was due for release end of June, Now I don't know when he'll be coming home!
Sorry for the BEEPED words could of been a lot worse, but if people would just stop hurting me with all this rubbish I wouldn't need to BEEEEEEEEEP!!!!! LOLOL

My very first scrap kit

Well I took the bull by the horns so to speak, a few weeks ago & made my first ever scrap kit, I was dead chuffed with it. It was only a simple lil' try out kit. But I am quiet pleased with the end result, so much so that I really want to try another kit, but I'm just finding it hard to say find a colour scheme & stick to it, or to have a theme & stick to it, I start out with good intentions but always get either (& this is more often than not) I get so way laid, or I find I cant finish it.

I did however start a cool celtic elements set off, but I didnt save my progress at all & I closed the page which was minimized & said no to saving, thinking it was something else, I was gutted, it was looking to be a smart ickle kit, until I got rid of it!!

& No I haven't gone to re-do it, I may try it again in the future but it obviously wasn't meant to be!!!! So will just leave it alone.

New Baby Book~A~Trix

Hey all :)

Here is a few pictures of the Book~A~Trix I was asked to make for my brother's friend, Who had a beautiful baby girl on 29th April '08. He had his own idea about what he wanted & gave me lots of scan pictures to incorporate in it, as it was only my second Book, I was quiet pleased with the outcome, & seeing as he asked me to do it on a tuesday ready for him to take that friday, I think I did quiet well under the pressure, LOL.

My Father's Day Card

Hey all

Ooh my first post on my new blog :)

Well my friend Cat told me I had to get something up here soon, & I had a week to do it in. So Cat here's my first post, just for you!!

LOL Well it aint really for you it's to show off my Father's Day card I made for my Father funnily enough!!! So here it is.....

These pictures don't do the card any justice at all, I used a Fabulous kit from Daisie Company, one of Kizzy Dizzy's. Its such a cool card to make, takes all the hard work out of it (which is a good thing when you leave it to the last minute like moi). Will see if I can get some better pictures & update when I get the chance!! :)
